Ideas and planning meeting date - 2010/01/04 04:45
We will be having a meeting at my house on January 15th at 7:30pm. We will be discussing the idea for this year as well as room ideas.
Construction will begin on January 30th at 10:00 am. If you plan on attending either the meeting or helping with construction, I need to know ASAP. I will be limiting who will be working on the haunt this year to keep the theme a secret. Anyone working on construction will have to sign a letter of confidentiality stating they will not talk about this years theme or face legal consequences. If you are one of the few people who already know about this years theme, I ask you once again to keep it to yourself. It is very important that our competition do not find out what we have planned this year. With this years idea we should be one of the busiest haunts in the state and I would hate for another haunt to steal our idea, like they always do.
On a side note, I will be planning this years annual picnic very soon. If anyone has any ideas or preferences about this years event, please let me know.
