Deadly Intentions cashier, security and management have the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

 

  1. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

     

  2. No food or beverages are allowed inside the haunted house.

     

  3. No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

     

  4. No cameras, flashlight, laser pointers, silly string, stink bombs, lit lighters, lit cigarettes or live animals are allowed inside the haunted house.

     

  5. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING INSIDE THE HAUNTED HOUSE, ESPECIALLY THE MONSTERS. (If you do you will be immediately detained and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.)

     

  6. No line jumping (Line Cutting).  If you do you will be immediately removed from the premises and refused entry. 

     

  7. Deadly Intentions is not responsible for any broken or lost items.

     

  8.  There are no refunds for any reason.

     

By entering this establishment, you are giving consent to be filmed and/or photographed.  You also give permission for those videos and/or photos to be reproduced and used by the establishment owners to promote this event.  No videos and/or photos will be used inappropriately.

 

Your ticket is revocable license and may be taken and admission refused. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction.

Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction.

In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, it's parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly from attending this attraction.

 

Anyone who breaks any of the rules will be immediately escorted off the premises.
